Annual per-seat licence covering all exams in your scope. Volume discounts are available for larger cohorts. Email institutions@passmed.com with your cohort size and exam mix for a tailored quote.
Yes. Many programmes only need one or two banks (e.g. an internal medicine registrar programme may only need FCP Part 1 + Part 2). Pricing is calibrated to your selected scope.
Yes. We're POPIA compliant. Trainee data is processed under our operator agreement, which we can share with your information governance team during procurement. We do not sell or share trainee data with third parties.
Yes. Institutional licences are invoiced annually with 30-day payment terms. We accept EFT in ZAR. SWIFT transfers also accepted for international institutions.
Yes. Our standard DPA is included with every institutional contract and is available for review during procurement. If your institution has specific clauses, our legal team can review additions on request.
